What kind of things make the pool magical beyond dragon scales?

The hidden pool has many secrets and unknown properties... mostly because the elf mafia doesn't usually let normies near the pool. Though some rumored magical properties include: instant stress relief, healing, and... that's pretty much it. It's just the world's most relaxing and warm swimming hole.

I was thinking the other day how in-universe, this town is in relatively close proximity to a copper mine (which I learned after the fact they're generally only in deserts, and Argentfall is coded Mediterannean... oops). It is said that the water in Argentfall is immaculately clean, so none of the residents have to worry about contamination from the copper (which I learned is only toxic if consumed as far as modern science knows).
